Our mission is simply to inspire and give hope to individuals and teams to "Paint on a larger canvas".

Our Story
Gathoni Wang’ombe is a seasoned HR Professional, independent consultant and founder of Kiwa HR. She has over 25 years of FMCG experience across Africa, Asia, and UK.
She is passionate about people development and helping individuals and teams achieve their fullest potential through explorative and conversational techniques.
She is proudly Kenyan and Kiwi. She relocated to Auckland after spending the last 13 years living and working in Singapore.
